This article seems to inform others about heterosexual/reproductive acts. It would be very beneficial to change the title to PIV Sexual Intercourse so it won't mislead people, especially those who don't practice this act or who feel uncomfortable with the breeding subject matter. Not only is that not needed, but it actually creates confusion instead of alleviating it. First, the lead more than adequately disambiguates; several sentences are devoted to alternative forms. Second, "PIV" conflicts with the content of the rest of the article, which covers more than PIV. Third, it creates confusion: I had to look up the acronym as I had never heard of it, and I could not find it in the first three RSs I checked. Jtrevor99 (talk) 05:02, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In this article, fingering is described as penetration of the vagina. It can include penetration, but it doesn't necessarily mean that. Stimulating the vulva with a finger is still fingering. Another article on this very subject defines it as such: Fingering (sexual act)CicadaOnABike (talk) 02:14, 4 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
